She completed her Master's degree in Sociology in 2022 and her Bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2020 at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto. She is currently studying for a PhD in Sociology at the same faculty.

She is particularly interested in the following areas: intervention and social inclusion, public policies, environment and sustainability, social inequalities, collective action, social innovation and alternative economies.
