This document regulates matters such as conflicts of interest and incompatibilities, receiving offers or benefits, accumulation of functions, and managing risks associated with corruption. It also enshrines provisions arising from the General Corruption Prevention Regime and legislation relating to the exercise of functions by holders of high public office, aligning itself with the principles of the European Code of Conduct for Integrity in Research.
