Robin Kuchar holds a PhD in Cultural Sciences from Leuphana University Lüneburg, Germany. Currently, he works as post-doc researcher and lecturer at the Institute of Sociology and Cultural Organization at Leuphana University. His main research interests are culture and the city, DIY & underground scenes, production of culture, music industries, live music & music venues and cultural participation. He is member of the KISMIF network, co-initiator and co-series editor of Urban Music Studies.
