As part of the research project “Organization of working time: The four-day week”, IS-UP organizes and hosts an international encounter entitled “The 4-Day Week”, in collaboration with researchers responsible for the project pilot implementation of the four-day week in Portugal and with the non-for-profit organization 4 Day Week Global.
The meeting program (which will be announced soon) includes several sessions, from internal meetings of researchers, presentations by international and national researchers, presentations by master's students, round tables and debates, social and cultural moments. The aim is to disseminate knowledge and deepen debates around the four-day week as a management practice for reorganizing working time.
This form serves as registration for the encounter, which will take place on June 28, 2024, at the Rectory of the University of Porto.
