Second issue of Cadernos IS-UP. The special issue entitled University and antiracism: resistance in the production of knowledge and public policies in a white space was proposed by Danielle Pereira de Araújo and Marcos Antonio Batista da Silva (CES-UC), two researchers with experience and engagement in the theme of (anti)racism who are currently participating in the project “POLITICS – The politics of (anti)racism in Europe and Latin America: production of knowledge, political decision and collective struggles”, coordinated by Silvia Rodriguez Maeso and financed by the prestigious European Research Council. After analysing the proposal, the Editorial Board of Cadernos IS-UP had no doubts about the quality of the project and its added value for the critical discussion of the role of the University in the production of knowledge and public policies in this field.
