The research sub-group TEPO - Trabalho, Emprego, Profissões e Organizações (Work, Employment, Professions and Organizations) invites you to take part in this conference organized as part of the project “Multidimensional Learning Environment: contributions to student training and teaching practice”, being carried out at the Federal University of Paraíba, the University of Porto, the University of Lisbon and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. 

Anielson Barbosa da Silva, Professor in the Department of Administration and the Postgraduate Program in Administration at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). Coordinator of the Center for Studies in Learning and Knowledge (NAC), a research group registered with CNPq, Brazil. Founder of the Observatory of Research and Practice in Administration (OPPA). Research interests in the areas of Management Education, Learning and Knowledge, People Management and Socio-emotional Competencies.
