Guest Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto, and researcher at the Institute of Sociology, University of Porto. Currently working at the Regional Policy Unit of the Agency for Development and Cohesion (AD&C), a public institute.
Holds a PhD (2024) and a Master’s degree (2014) in Sociology from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Porto. Research interests include innovation systems, business incubators, public policy, and the green and digital transitions.
Board Member of the European Sociological Association’s RN24/SSTNET – Sociology of Science and Technology Network (2024-2026). Also a member of the SMEL Network (Socio Management & Economic Lusophone Network).
