Ana Sofia Matos Ferreira is Assistant Professor of Contemporary History at University of Oporto. Her PhD in Contemporary History by the Universidade Nova de Lisboa was concluded in 2015. She is a specialist in social and political history, while studying issues related to political violence, the radical left, and the Portuguese revolutionary process of 74-76.
