About
Abstract: Research into the practices of sociology professionals who work in organizations and initiatives in the social and solidarity economy, voluntary work and civil society, or even in public bodies, as long as they perform functions related to these themes.
The qualitative approach developed is based on a database of sociologists built up by SCEAV members, who are invited to take part in a series of collective dynamics held in the context of regional meetings of professionals. These meetings serve both to gather information and to create social capital among professionals.
The aim is to build professional profiles that can clarify the roles and competencies of sociologists working in these fields, foster inter-knowledge and the network of professionals in SCEAV, and affirm the role of sociologists in this field.
